Dear Greyhound owners, breeders, friends of this wonderful dog breed,

Since summer 2021, the University of Leipzig, Department of Immunology and Genetics, has been conducting a series of surveys among pedigree dog owners in order to establish a database for genetic diseases and the general health of various dog breeds.
Data is collected from both living and deceased animals of common breeds such as Dalmaltines and Border Collies, as well as rarer breeds such as Greyhounds.
This survey serves purely scientific interests in the sense of healthy dogs and is in no way connected with any clubs, associations or the like.
You are not required to provide any personal information at any time and no conclusions can be drawn about participants or their dogs. The indication of the dog’s name is voluntary and serves only as an overview.
The survey will take about 15-20 minutes in total.
If you want to complete the survey for more than one dog, please start again after submitting the questionnaire, because each dog gets its own questionnaire. It does not matter whether the animal is still alive or has already died.
You can jump back and forth between questions. If you leave the survey before it is finished, your answers will be lost.
Would you like to be informed about the results of the survey and / or possibly participate in further research on the Greyhound? At the end of the survey you can enter your eMail address and we will be happy to inform you.

Participation in the competition is of course voluntary and optional and does not change your answers or the rating of them.
Do you have any questions or comments about this work? Then please send an eMail to info@greyhound-survey.com. I will be happy to try to answer your questions.
Thank you very much for your help to increase the health of these beautiful, lovely and handsome dogbreed
